The distribution of job opportunities of BPS’s graduates and time period to get a first job.
For the distribution of work from BPS graduates as shown in figure above, the most significant percentage is as statistical consultants around 38,46%, followed by data analysts around 28,21%, and educators around 22,22%. Apart from that, there are other jobs around 11,11% identified among graduates who work as entrepreneurs, customer service, and others. Most graduates get jobs in less than six months, around 54.70%, and only 10.26% get jobs in more than 12 months.
Furthermore, the evaluation for Program Learning Outcomes (PLO) from BPS is shown in figure below. There are 4 (four) PLOs outlined in the curriculum related to the ability to identify, solve problems, make decisions, and work together. Based on survey results, assessments from alumni and employers showed that the highest percentage for PLO 1 was in the excellent category, PLO 2 in the excellent category, PLO 3 and PLO 4 in the good category.
