Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives
Vision
To establish itself as a center of excellence in the field of statistics for the development of humanity, sciences, technologies, arts and cultures based on the Indonesian maritime continent.
Mission
- Providing a quality learning process of statistics by focusing learning activities on students through various learning methods according to the content of each course based on the Indonesian maritime continent.
- Carrying out quality research activities in the field of statistics at national and international levels based on the Indonesian maritime continent.
- Organizing community service activities that are professional and in accordance with the competencies in the scientific field of statistics.
Goals
- To produce graduate in statistics who have “Maritim” characteristics and are able to apply and develop statistics concepts to improve the welfare of themselves and their nation;
- Develop scientific concepts in the field of statistics through research activities published in seminars/conferences, national journals, and journals of international reputation;
- Improving the competence of the statistical user community through professional community service activities.
